Students can fill out the withdraw form with the request form. By specifying the complete matter and reason for withdrawing courses.
    1.3 Course change ** Download Form
Students can fill out the form to add-withdraw course completely in order to change the course.
** In the case of withdrawal of courses and changing of courses, students must filling out the Add-Withdraw form and contact officer counter 5-7
